Each year little kids all around Virginia get together for Little Feet Meets. They’re affiliated with Special Olympics but organized through the schools as a chance for those too young to compete to get a taste of the Special Olympics vibe. Last year was Joe’s first meet, and it was cool. This year was even better – great weather, more kids, and a huge number of volunteers and spectators.
