Something we threw together the other night. Not our best work, but Joe was going through some personal things, as you’ll see.

Joe’s latest mission – Recon!

I played hooky for part of Friday and spent the afternoon with Joe. On Saturday we played, went to the park, then met Momma at the annual CJSTUF Ball. There are a few more pictures over at Flickr, but this is what it looked like to me.

Out way past bedtime. Aww yeah!

Joe and I worked all last night on a new movie. I wanted to make true cinematic art. Joe wanted to play against type. The whole experience was riddled with problems. Like a curse.

Now we shove this mess your direction. Don’t watch it. Or do. We don’t care.

Joe’s been working on identifying the nose. He knows roughly where it is, and either boops the nose or taps the mouth. Either way, he concentrates so well and is a hard working boy.

Joe’s Papa stopped by this afternoon on his way through town. Joe got to visit, and we adults got some fine Lebanese grub out of the deal.

Our second snowfall of the year hit today. It was more impressive than last week’s, and might stick around for the weekend.

Joe didn’t have school and I got out of work early, so we hung out on the couch for the afternoon. Joe rarely naps, and even more rarely naps leaning on us, so this was a big treat for me. I love this guy.

Lola turned into a puppy again, at least for a few minutes. She’ll sleep good tonight.
